We provide brilliant care and we, as a team are passionate about ensuring our clients get the support they need. We have care staff trained to a high standard to ensure our clients needs can and are met.
We offer flexible care services for you to choose from. These could be anything from a 20 minute visit to several hours. Some clients require short term help, following an illness or because family members are not available. Other customers require long term homecare and support from us.
Our devoted team of home care workers are fully trained to preform the following:
There are several different forms of dementia and it affects people in different ways. That is why it is so important that each customer receives good professional service plus respect and kindness. Sometimes care may involve helping with getting up, washing, dressing or perhaps help with meals. Even going out to the shops, or a walk in the park or a visit to family or friends.
Many people with dementia are looked after on a day to day basis by a spouse or other family member. But caring relatives need a break from time to time and this is where our ‘sitting service’ can help. On arranged days we will come – allowing the family member time to themselves. These type of visits are usually 30 minutes to an hour long. However, there is no upper time limit for our care visits.
Palliative care can help those with a terminal illness or terminal condition that has become advanced, progressive and incurable. This service is personal for each client, each having unique needs for information and support. We help ensure that our clients are comfortable and supported within their home environment. We are experienced in working with relevant health teams and professionals to ensure a co-ordinated and seamless service.
We provide a professional service which can help maximise independence. We understand that customers have varying needs. Frequently we help with elements of personal care such as help with getting up, with everyday tasks like cooking or laundry, or washing and showering. However, our service goes further than this. We strive to help people enjoy as full a life as possible. We help people to be independent.
If you have a physical disability (or someone you know) you may need assistance to enable you to use essential facilities in your home, for instance the bathroom or kitchen. Or you may need help with personal care, or for accessing the community.
You may find you need night-time care if you or someone close to you feels uncomfortable being left alone. One-to-one nightly care from one of our fully trained carers means someone is there to assist with toilet breaks, administering medication or moving position in bed.
Everybody is different and each situation is unique, which is why our overnight care is tailored to you. With a dedicated night-time carer, help is available at any time. It means you or your loved one can stay in your own home – the place that is most comfortable.
